Here is Dishwasher soap that you can be in the same room with: Updated recipe: Boil three cups water Add the following as you stir so they dissolve: 1/2 c baking soda 1/2 c powdered castile soap 1/4 c washing soda 1/4 c borax After cooling, add 1/2 to 1 c vinegar I use this also for laundry, with 1/3 bar of Fels Naptha which may be too strong for some chemically sensitive folks. If so it works well enough without Fels.
