This took about 3 hours to do and works great. The dish has a coating that DOES NOT require sanding as most power coated dishes do. This is not a true mirror like our professional parabolic mirrors but the large size allows for instant results.

This is how I wash my {naturally curly} hair… I thought this video would be interesting, because it’s showing the process from a guy’s perspective. Usually, a lot of the videos you find on YouTube regarding “Natural Hair Care” are of “women”. And while there is no problem with that at all…I just wanted to represent the guys that too take care of their Natural Hair and go through the similar regimen of washing and style it. I have been using these products for the 19 months that I have been natural. After trying several products I have been able to narrow it down to these few and I have gotten great results. She washed hair with Dr. Organics Almond Castile Soap, Conditioned with Trader Joe’s Nourish Spa, then began styling hair while wet. Two Strand Flat Twists in the front with rubberbands, then the remainder of the twists were braided. The back of the hair was done in big box braids because I didn’t feel like having to take out small braids, so the parts are spacey, I know, and it’s all good! When the back gets messy I can take it out and wear a braid out. Scalp was oiled with Black Jamaican Castor Oil. Hair was moisturized with water and my own Shea Butter Mix and some Coconut Oil. I am maintaining with JBCO and Coconut Oil every day. I sleep with a satin scarf to keep front flat and then a bonnet over that. My hair has always grown quickly with braids and I have seen proof of that in the last month, so I’m gonna stick to the protective styles, anythingthat will keep those ends PROTECTED.
