I had a couple of recipes that recommended this soap as a bubble bath base. I tried it and wasn’t at all happy with the results. Although it says unscented, it has a smell that reminded me of my grandfather and left a white film on the bubbles and in the tub. If you’re at all averse to preachy people, don’t read the label, either. I don’t know who Dr. Bonner is but the label is more high pressure than any Mormon or Jehovah’s Witness missionary ever thought about being.

YUCK!! I did not like this product. To me – it smelled like an old barn. Others have liked it…I was hoping for something better.

The soap seems ok, smells good, works ok. But it is is very thin, very watery. It’s not just a little bit thinner than normal liquid soap, but very much thinner. The label lists water as the primary ingredient. Be super careful if you use a pump bottle for this soap, it shoots out with lots of velocity unless you are very careful.

Paid good money to ship water across country. I wish they would let me add water after it arrived!

This soap is wonderful- amazing scent and perfect lather!!

Just wanted to remind some of you that this soap does not contain Fluoride- a key ingredient in toothpaste. Fluoride is important in toothpaste because it acts both as a antimicrobial and helps to re-mineralize small cavities. So, while it’s nice to use an 8-1 product, maybe you should consider it a 7-1. :)

The soap, without the Tea Tree oil is outstanding, as usual. However, the Tea Tree smells like tar. It is not a pleasant odor. In the future, I will stick with the Peppermint.
